The individual and team trophies for participants in the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point and 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Sexual Assault Awareness Month Commemorative 5K sit on display before the beginning of the race, April 17, 2015. The event drew nearly 1,000 Marines, Sailors and Department of Defense employees who ran the 3.1 mile course along Rifle Range Road to show solidarity with sexual assault survivors and a shared commitment to eradicating sexual violence across the Marine Corps.
