Command Sgt. Maj. Ernest E. Bouton Jr., outgoing command sergeant major of 60th Troop Command, thanks and says farewell to the soldiers his looked after for the past seven years during the brigade’s change of responsibility ceremony at the Claude T. Bowers Military Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, April 12, 2015. The ceremony signifies the relinquishing of the command authority from the outgoing senior noncommissioned officer to the incoming senior NCO as well as reminds the soldiers of the unit that the senior NCO is responsible for the good order and discipline of the troops.
