Robert "Bert" Kemp III, relaxes while reading his Sports Illustrated magazine commemorating the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill's NCAA Basketball Tournament victory in his office at Forward Operating Base Falcon, Iraq, south of Baghdad. The 1993 Chapel Hill graduate is serving in Iraq with the North Carolina National Guard's 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team. Kemp earned his law degree from Wake Forest University.
