Staff Sgt. Carl Fitzwater, assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, provides a block of instruction for rigging parachutes and gear to American and British paratroopers in preparation for the Division’s largest bilateral training exercise held at Fort Bragg in nearly 20 years, April 13, 2015. Combined Joint Operational Access Exercise 15-01 is a major milestone in the Division’s interoperability program with the United Kingdom’s 16 Air Assault Brigade.
