Waterford Works, N.J., resident Capt. Patrick J. Hurst, a staff judge advocate attorney with the U.S. Army Reserve, currently attached to Headquarters and Headquarters Company Operations, 25th Special Troops Battalion, 25th Infantry Division, was among 12 Soldiers recognized by Lt. Gen. Scott C. Black, the Army judge advocate general, for his contributions to Army legal service while deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
