Crew members of the landing craft mechanized-8 load light-tactical trailers onto to the boat of U.S. Naval Ship Sacagawea for exercise Balikatan 2015, April 9 at Subic Bay, Philippines. The crew moved 120 projected inventory items to shore in three days crushing expectations. The sailors off-loaded light tactical trailers and generator units essential for motor-transportation operations. Balikatan is an annual bilateral training exercise with the Philippines aimed at enhancing readiness and military-to-military relations, territorial defense and humanitarian assistance and disaster response operations.
