Marines with Black Sea Rotational Force explain the range safety procedures to Romanian and Bulgarian Soldiers before conducting a live fire range during Platinum Lion 15.2 April 9, 2015, aboard the Novo Selo training area, Bulgaria. Platinum Lion is a two week long combined arms training exercise that promotes and strengthens allied and NATO alliances.
