The 81st Regional Support Command participated in a mass causality exercise on Fort Jackson, S.C., April 7, 2015 which involved the Fort Jackson and local community. The exercise intent was to train the Army and local responders on how to work together during times of emergency should people be injured or killed. David Perkins, 81st RSC anti-terrorism specialist, gives a safety brief to several Soldiers and civilians, who were portraying causalities during the mass exercise.
