Australian army Pvt. Mark Davison, a transport soldier with the 31/42 Royal Queensland Regiment, shows five-year old Rockhampton resident, Blake Clarke, how to put on camouflage paint during the city?s Open Day celebration, which welcomed visiting U.S. armed forces participating in Exercise Talisman Saber 2009. Face painting was just one of the more than 15 attractions at the celebration, which included a collaboration of Australian Defense Force and U.S. armed forces military equipment and personnel. TS09 is a major undertaking which reflects the closeness of our alliance and the strength of the military-military relationship.
