A village girl enjoys a piece of chocolate cake after a ceremony April 15 commemorated the new Airport Village Water Tower and Pipeline project. The $480,000 project was funded by the Overseas Humanitarian Disaster and Civic Aid program after Multi-National Division-Baghdad Soldiers were alerted of the village's need for fresh, clean water by the village's mayor.
