Sgt. Nilton Arrubla-Torres, admin clerk, 1st Marine Corps District, Marine Corps Recruiting Command, views the Statue of Liberty crown, July 4. Arrubla-Torres was one of seven service members to take the Oath of Citizenship on Liberty Island before the crown reopened to the public. As a sign of respect for their service, the military men were given a tour of the crown hours before the area reopened to the general public.
