Members of the NTCC steering committee meeting participate in a cultural event at Bled Castle following formal discussions here March 23-26. The meetings presented an opportunity to discuss current capabilities and processes in host nation support with the goal of sharing best practices to improve processes for execution. Established in 1986, the NTCC is comprised of more than 21 senior military logistics commanders and representatives from NATO, the European Union and regional allies and partners. The committee’s mission is to streamline HNS coordination in order to facilitate logistics transformation initiatives, and to support and reform in order to enable rapid response during peacetime and crisis operations throughout the region.
