150328-N-KE519-082 WATERS TO THE EAST OF THE KOREAN PENINSULA (March 28, 2015) - Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 29, attached to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7, departs the well deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20). U.S. Sailors and Marines from the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) are participating in the Korean Marine Exchange Program (KMEP) in the Republic of Korea (ROK) with the ROK Marine Corps and Navy. The Bonhomme Richard ARG is comprised of the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20), the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) and the embarked 31st MEU.
