A bagpiper plays “Amazing Grace” to close the celebration of life ceremony in honor of Chief Master Sgt. James C. Binnicker, March 28, 2015, at the Emerald Coast Convention Center in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Binnicker entered the Air Force in August 1957 as a life support specialist He retired Aug. 1, 1990, after 33 years of service.
