Trooper Sgt. Joseph Alexander, a cannon crew member and Bensenville, Ill. native assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, exchanges patches with a Latvian Soldier during a barbecue hosted by 2CR at Adazi Military Base, Latvia on March 20, 2015. The unit is near the end of its deployment, the event was held to celebrate the accomplishments during the last few months of joint training operations and to signify the great partnership created as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
