Members of the 861st Engineers and 56th Troop Command present Raphael Milan, Staff Sgt. Jose Milan's brother, with a check for $7,460 today at Camp Fogarty, East Greenwich R.I. Staff Sgt. Milan became seriously ill this winter after experiencing a brain aneurism and the 861st Engineer Company Family Readiness Group held a pasta dinner fundraiser to help offset some of the expenses.
