Don Trider, embarked aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort, examines a young woman during a Continuing Promise 2009 medical community service project at Loma Larga school. Continuing Promise is a four-month humanitarian and civic assistance mission to seven countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Comfort is scheduled to be in El Salvador until July 2.
