Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson addresses the Soldiers of the XVIII Airborne Corps in the pre-dawn light, March 26, at Fort Bragg, N.C., prior to his final Corps level run as their commander. Anderson, who assumed command in July 2013, led the XVIII Airborne Corps to Afghanistan to serve as the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command headquarters, closing the unit at the conclusion of NATO’s combat mission in December 2014.
