Evacuees move towards the ramp of a C-130 aircraft waiting to fly them out of an unstable country at the completion of a noncombatant evacuation operation held by the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, at Camp Mackall, N.C., June 24-25.
