Lithuanian Soldiers line the narrow street as citizens here flood the town square on March 23 to see a static display of U.S. Army vehicles, including Strykers from Iron Troop, 2nd Cavalry Regiment. The 2CR is conducting a Dragoon Ride from Tapa, Estonia, where they have been training with the Estonian Army for three months as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve. OAR is a demonstration of continued U.S. commitment to the collective security of NATO and to enduring peace and stability in the Baltic Region. Enhanced land force multi-national training and security cooperation activities take place across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania to ensure multi-national interoperability and strengthen relationships among allied militaries.
