COLUMBIA, South Carolina -- U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command (USNAVSO)/ U.S. 4th Fleet (USFOURTHFLT) Master Chief Herbert Ellis kicked off his conversation with the University of South Carolina Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Midshipmen by challenging them to a push-up competition. Ellis, along with other members of the USNAVSO/ USFOURTHFLT staff were present at the outreach engagement, highlighting career experiences and information about their respective communities including aviation, surface warfare and submarines.
