Pfc. Alexander, Rabson and Pfc. Fortino Licea indirect fire infantrymen for Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment explain the operation and characteristics of the M9 pistol, M240B machine gun, and M4 assault rifle to local Latvians at Adazi Military Base, Latvia on March 13, 2015. Service members explained the operation and capabilities of several vehicles and weapon systems in an effort to promote community involvement.
