Staff Sgt. Jeffrey Ciancaglini, jumpmaster and drop zone safety officer, U.S. Army Advanced Airborne School, Fort Bragg, N.C. salutes the American flag on the ground, as members of the 82nd Airborne Division All-American Freefall Team jump in the American flag on North Avenue Beach in Chicago. Ciancaglini is an air movement operations instructor and teaches not only Army Soldiers but FBI and Coast Guard members, as well, on how to certify hazardous materials for movement by military aircraft.
