CORONADO, Calif. (March 18, 2015) – Builder 3rd Class Sean Donovan, from Boston, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, builds a structure as the team of Seabees reconstruct a historic seaplane ramp at Naval Air Station North Island.
