CORONADO, Calif. (March 18, 2015) – Builder Constructionman Cody Vanburkler, from Springfield, Ore., assigned to the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, secures rebar beams to a structure as the team of Seabees reconstruct a historic seaplane ramp at Naval Air Station North Island.
