113th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

Members of the Puerto Rico National Guard Civil Support Team, Chemical-Biological-Radiological-Nuclear-High Yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force-Package, Vermont National Guard HHC 86th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, CBRNE Assist Support Element and state agencies participate in a mass casualty extraction exercise during operation Borinqueneer Response, March 17 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The exercise was conducted with local authorities at the Pan American Pier in San Juan with the goal to provide National Guard, federal and state agencies and senior leaders an opportunity to self-evaluate current doctrine, operational concepts, administrative and logistic plans and capabilities.
