Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, of Texas, signs a piece of aircraft fuselage from a WWII P-38 Lighting fighter plane, while Franck Rene Andre Methivier, the owner and proprietor of the Roosevelt, restaurant looks on. The Lt. Gov. is visiting Utah Beach as one of the key note speakers for the dedication ceremony for the Normandy 65th Anniversary, of D-Day and the storming of Utah Beach, 65 years ago. The nose art work on the plane identifies the fighter as the Lizzy Belle.
