Capt. Michelle Tsai, the behavioral health officer for the 4th Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, believes her deployment will help her grow as a psychologist. "If I've been through whatever the Soldiers have been through, then I can better help the Soldiers," she said. Tsai, an Alexandria, Va. native, is here with the Raider Brigade in support of training operations for the unit's upcoming deployment to Iraq.
