150312-N-NT265-626 EAST CHINA SEA (March 12, 2015) – Marines, assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), prepare to board a MH-60S helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat (HSC) Squadron 25, on the flight deck of the Whidbey Island-class amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48). Ashland is part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, along with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is currently conducting an Amphibious Integration Training (AIT) exercise.
