    Joint Security Station Oubaidy transfers to Iraqi Security Forces

    An Iraqi Interior Ministry official, along with Lt. Col. Louis Zeisman, of Fayetteville, N.C., commander of the 2nd Battalion, 505 Parachute Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, sign a document official transferring Joint Security Station Oubaidy back to the Iraqi government, June 20, in the 9 Nissan District of eastern Baghdad. The JSS was officially transferred back to the Iraqi government under the terms of the U.S.-Iraqi security agreement, which took effect Jan 1 of this year, in which all U.S. combat troops must leave Iraqi urban areas by June 30.
