Sgt. Andrew Gatschet, 82nd Sustainment Brigade, stands before a board during the XVIII Airborne Division Soldier and Non-commissioned Officer of the Year competition. Gatschet, who has been an NCO for more than three years, enjoys teaching younger Soldiers how to be great future leaders. "As an NCO, it is my job to lead my Soldiers to the wealth of opportunities that the Army has for them to grow as Soldiers and as individuals."
