Soldiers from the 101st Sustainment Brigade; the 86th Combat Support Hospital; and Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division; returned to Fort Campbell, Ky., Feb. 23 from a deployment to Liberia in support of Operation United Assistance. In Liberia the Soldiers assisted with the construction of Ebola Treatment Units, trained medical providers in treating patients infected with Ebola virus disease, provided logistical support for the mission, which included cargo movement operations, financial management, postal operations distribution of food, water and fuel, as well as contract management.
