Marines and sailors from the 22nd MEU Rugby Club faced off against Greece's third-ranked team, Iraklis. The English translation of Iraklis is Hercules. USS Bataan and embarked elements of the 22nd MEU made a port call in Thessaloniki, Greece's second largest city, June 4-8. The match, coordinated through the U.S. Embassy, gave the Marines and sailors a chance to stretch their legs and make new friends after being at sea.
