U.S. Army Soldiers from the 710th Explosive Hazardous Coordination Cell, S.C. National Guard, unfold and open up the frame for a California Medium Shelter System March 6, 2015, at the Choppee Complex, in Georgetown, S.C., in preparation for Vigilant Guard 2015. The shelter can be used as offices or living quarters for Soldiers deployed to a variety of environments. Vigilant Guard is a series of federally funded disaster-response drills conducted by National Guard units working with federal, state and local emergency management agencies and first responders.
