NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 17, 2015) Rear Adm. Katherine Gregory, commander Naval Facilities Command, and Lt. Samuel Tatel, Project officer in charge, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, discuss specific of the upcoming Equipment Calibration Complex. NMCB-11 is currently deployed to 14 different detachment sites throughout European Command, African Command, Pacific Command and Central Command, promoting security and stability by conducting general engineering, disaster relief, construction readiness operations and human civic action support.
