NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 17, 2015) Rear Adm. Katherine Gregory, commander Naval Facilities Command, addresses the Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 about manning and the future of the naval construction force during her visit to Camp Mitchell aboard Naval Station Rota. NMCB-11 is currently deployed to 14 different detachment sites throughout European Command, African Command, Pacific Command and Central Command, promoting security and stability by conducting general engineering, disaster relief, construction readiness operations and human civic action support.
