NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 13, 2015) Equipment Operator 3rd Class David Mortensen assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 operates a bulldozer to level the area where a helicopter landing zone will be placed. The HLZ project, once finished will assist in the bilateral training with the Spanish military, explosive ordnance disposal and not interfere with the main airstrip of Naval Station Rota.
