NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Feb. 6, 2015) Builder 3rd Class Kara Scott assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 drills in screws to fix a problem with the already installed drywall during a on base project. NMCB 11 is currently deployed to 14 different detachment sites throughout European Command, African Command, Pacific Command and Central Command, promoting security and stability by conducting general engineering, disaster relief, construction readiness operations and human civic action support.
