First Lt. Carolyn Nielsen pins the runner's bib to her relay teammate Staff Sgt. Paul Roberts just before their relay portion of the Mercedes-Benz Marathon Feb. 22 in Birmingham, Ala. The 314th fielded 11 runners who participated in the full and half marathon as well as the relay. The relay team finished with a time of 4:37:58.
