A Marine prepares to fast rope out an MV-22B Osprey during the Fast-Rope Operator Course at Stone Bay aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Feb. 5, 2015. The goal of the course is for students to grasp the concepts of helicopter rope suspension techniques. After learning techniques, they will take them back to their parent commands and share the skills they retained with their fellow Marines.
