Petty Officer 3rd Class Eric Acuna, gunner's mate, and Petty Officer 2nd Class Nicholas Sokolich, gunner's mate, examine a .12 gauge shotgun during a live-fire exercise aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The G-2 division of Ronald Reagan's Weapons Department holds weapons shoots regularly to give Sailors the opportunity to qualify with the 12-gauge shotgun, the 9mm pistol, and the M-16 rifle. Ronald Reagan is underway on a routine deployment to the Western Pacific.
