Sgt. Paul Kindzierski tests a sample of treated water to detect the amount of chlorine. Kindzierski, a 10-year veteran of the Army, says water is at the heart of everything that goes on during a Soldier's day in Afghanistan, and he is very proud to provide it to them in large quantities at Forward Operating Base Fenty.
