An Iraqi student proudly holds up his certificate after successfully applying emergency response procedures taught by U.S. Soldiers from Charlie Company, 172nd Support Battalion, 172nd Infantry Brigade and 413 Civil Affairs Babil Provincial Reconstruction Team during a four day "Train the Trainer" program which taught more than 30 doctors, nurses and paramedics emergency response tactics to better treat victims of vehicle accidents. The training took place at the Babil Rehab Center near Al Hillah, Iraq on June 4.
