Charles Royster discuss the role of navigation aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) at Naval Station Norfolk March 20. The students’ visit to the area consisted of briefs and tours in order to augment the AGS program. AGS is an interdisciplinary program that focuses on past strategists and allows students to engage with current leaders through workshops, distinguished lectures and courses.
