Col. Ted Martin, commander of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, presents the Legion of Merit award to Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Bobb, top enlisted leader of the 1st "Raider" BCT, during an awards presentation, June 2, at the brigade headquarters. Bobb served as the command sergeant major for the Raider BCT for approximately 30 months and will assume responsibility of Fort Hood's Operational Test Command. Bobb's wife, Divina, also received an award for volunteerism during the ceremony. Martin hails from Jacksonville Beach, Fla., and Bobb calls The Isles of Trinidad, West Indies, his home.
