Spc. Phillip Papciak of Detroit, a mechanic assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, works on the floor of a new barber shop under construction at Combat Outpost Cashe South, May 31. The barber shop is one of several new amenities for an additional 140 Soldiers which will be stationed at COP Cashe. A new, larger Morale, Welfare and Recreation center and an expanded dining facility are also under construction.
