150213-N-RB546-024 ARABIAN GULF (Feb. 13, 2015) An SA-330J Puma helicopter, from the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10), detaches cargo on the flight deck of guided-missile destroyer USS Mitscher (DDG 57) during a vertical replenishment. Mitscher is deployed in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations supporting Operation Inherent Resolve, strike operations in Iraq and Syria as directed, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the region.
