Soldiers from Detachment 1, 131st Engineer Company, Vermont Army National Guard assisted the town of Brockton, Mass., with snow removal Feb. 13, 2015. The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency coordinated the effort after the governor declared a state of emergency earlier this week.
