U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Anthony Kurta, commander of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, speaks during the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force welcome reception ceremony held at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, June 1. The JMSDF have deployed two P-3C aircraft which will patrol and jointly provide aerial information on suspect vessels.
