U.S. Army Maj. Alejandro Buniag, deputy commander for the Combined Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force, presents a challenge coin on behalf of U.S. Army Col. Colbert Low, brigade commander for 303rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, to Seaman Quentin Schnarrs, a crewmember with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, from Julian, Pa., at the construction site of a multipurpose building in Kang Hang Maew district, Chanthaburi province, Kingdom of Thailand, during Exercise Cobra Gold 2015, Feb. 11. CG15 is a combined-forces exercise, taking place across Thailand from Feb. 9-20, designed to advance regional security and ensure effective responses to crises in the area. It includes a specific focus on humanitarian civic action, community engagement and medical activities to support the needs and humanitarian interests of civilian populations around the region.
